Suns Win Some Gold

GOLD COAST 4
SEATTLE 2
-
Champions!!!!! What a way to end the 2010 season in the BSL. The Gold Coast Football Club defeated the Seattle Sounders FC in the Majors Cup Final to win the clubs first title. The capacity crowd was nervous through out the match, but the Suns found a way to claim victory. It was not an easy journey. After taking 2 of 3 games in the group stage, the club had to defeat BSL champ's Union S.C. in the Semi Finals just to earn the opportunity to play Seattle in the final. The Sounders were on a roll leading into this match but only managed 2 points this time around.

One More Win to Go!

GOLD COAST 6
UNION SOUTHERN CAL 5
-
One more win. That is all that is needed for the Gold Coast Football Club to win the Majors Cup after defeating our biggest rivals, the Union's Blues, in the Semi Finals. One more win. It will not be easy as no Final should be. The Suns will have to face a Seattle Sounders club that is playing beautiful football right now. If you are a fan of the game, you have to like what you are seeing on the pitch from the Sounders. The championship is coming up and may the best club win.

Suns Can't Keep Up Against Rave Green

GOLD COAST 3
SEATTLE SOUNDERS 6

Things started off so good when Kandji had a couple of assist for the Gold Coast Football Club. Unfortunately the rest of the roster did not play to form and the Seattle Sounders looked every bit the superior club. "We hit a club that is firing on all cylinders right now and just could not keep up." said a Suns spokesperson.
